Where indicated, rehabilitative exercises are prescribed by the chiropractor for you to perform at home. Many people however find conditioning exercise difficult and /or impractical to perform at home. This can be due to inexperience with the exercises, poor balance and coordination and / or lack of adequate space to exercise. As such people often find that the best results are achieved from classes that are held by a qualified instructor.

Rehabilitation
A series of stretches and conditioning exercises are prescribed by the
chiropractor and are individually tailored to your specific condition(s).
All rehabilitative exercises follow the latest evidence based guidelines.
They may be performed at home, at the gym or under guidance at the clinic.
Pilates
Pilates involves slow, controlled stretching and strengthening. The
focus is on strengthening the core muscles which support the spine,
posture and internal organs. Alignment, balance, breathing and body
awareness are also principle features. Pilates can assist with other
exercise, leisure, work and daily activities.
Yoga
Yoga aims to unite the mind and body, using breath and a gradual development
towards improving flexibility of the body as well as mental focus. Some
styles of yoga require postures to be held in order to create stamina.
Personal Training
Can be booked as half hour or hour long sessions. Strength, stamina,
event preparation, rehabilitation, motivation, general fitness are just
some of the reasons you may wish to book personal training. One-off
sessions, course bookings and groups are all welcome.
